Storyline/ setting/ title/ roles

Roles
acting- Lee Rowden, Mike Mclean, Chay Atkins and Sam Umhoefer.

Camera work, editing, soundtrack- Sam prudence

Story
Three boys go to the house of someone from their school for a few beers and some gaming. The three boys think its strange because they don't really talk to the host that much but they are not going to turn down a enjoyable night so they go. The hosts real friend is a bit of a psycho and the host has invited the boys round to trap them into a murderous game at his house allowing his psycho friend to terrorize taunt and kill his three guests throughout the course of the night. The audience gets hints of this as the boys are arriving but the guests are unaware of the danger looming above them nor do they figure out that the whole gathering is a set up by the host so he and his friend can have some satanic fun.

Title
The title I have come up with is 'Free house'. The reason I have used this title is this is what teenagers say to their friends when they will have the house to themselves and it usually implies that there will be alcohol etc so it relates to my target audience and gets them interested in the film.

I changed it to this from 'My House' because it is more catchy and target audience related.

Setting
The setting is the hosts house and the area around it. I chose this because it means that the guests, being in a party atmosphere, will be relaxed. this challenges the convention that the characters are in a place that poses danger or they feel threatened. Also many teenagers will be able to relate to people walking to the nearest off licence to get more drink when there is a house party or gathering and next time they have to do it this story will be in their mind.
